I support HR5924. Yesterday I sent $400 to a lobby group supporting immigrant nurse legislation. I heard that "House Democratic leadership" are coupling HR5924 with issues around illegal immigration. Force the objectives of the Hispanic Caucus to stand or fall on their own merits! Blocking HR5924 means raising medical care costs and jeopardizing American leadership in software and other high-tech. Raise medical costs and erode technical leadership... for what?

I am a Democrat. I will spend more money and I will oppose Democrats who stand in the way of HR5924. Don't squander our party's leadership position by holding our national interests hostage.
